At Yinove Luxe, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure luxury shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before making your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Insured & Tracked Shipping: All orders are fully insured and shipped with tracking.
- Fast Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Signature Required: To ensure security, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
- International Shipping: Available; please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Tracking Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
RETURN POLICY
We meticulously authenticate and inspect each luxury item prior to shipment. Please note the following return conditions:

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable):
- All items designated as New, Never Worn, Store Fresh, or Unused are considered Final Sale.
- Custom Sourced Items, procured specifically on behalf of a client, are also Final Sale and non-returnable.
- Payment finalizes the sale for these items.
- Important: Inspect your Final Sale order thoroughly within 48 hours of delivery. Yinove Luxe cannot address concerns regarding these items beyond this period, except for matters related to authenticity.

Returns for Store Credit (Pre-Owned Items & Shoes):
- We accept returns for store credit only on Pre-Owned items and Shoes, provided they are returned in the exact condition as when purchased, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@yinove.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization.
- We will provide an insured return shipping label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, the item must be received by us within 4 business days for domestic orders or 7 business days for international orders.
- Store Credit: Upon receipt and successful inspection, store credit will be issued. This credit is valid for 90 days from the original purchase date.
IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS & NOTES
- Condition: Items must be returned in the identical condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories intact.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs and return shipping costs (if using our label) will be deducted from the issued store credit amount.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or foreign exchange fees incurred during the return process. These costs will be deducted from the store credit.
- Inspection & Refusal: We meticulously inspect all returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce credit if an item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or if components have been switched.
- Fraud Prevention: All items are video recorded prior to shipment for security and authenticity verification.
- Return Shipment Risk: Yinove Luxe is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or misdirected. We strongly recommend insuring any return shipment you send independently.
