We take great care in authenticating and inspecting each luxury item before shipment. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

🚨 FINAL SALE – NEW & NEVER WORN ITEMS

All new, never used, or store-fresh items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to items labeled as:

  • New
  • Never Worn
  • Store Fresh
  • Unused

Once payment is processed, the sale is final. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery, as we will not be responsible for any concerns regarding the item beyond that period, except for authenticity.

πŸ“Œ Custom Sourced Items: Items sourced specifically on behalf of a client are considered custom orders and are not eligible for return.


πŸ‘œ PRE-OWNED ITEMS – RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

We accept returns for store credit only on pre-owned items, provided the item is returned in the same condition as when purchased.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1️⃣ EMAIL US at info@yinove.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ We will issue you an insured return shipping label. If using your own shipping label, we must receive the item within 4 days (7 days for international orders).

πŸ“Œ Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.


πŸ‘  SHOES – RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

We accept returns for store credit on shoes, provided they are returned in the same condition as when purchased.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1️⃣ EMAIL US within 48 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ We will issue an insured return label. If returning on your own, the item must be received within 4 days (7 days for international orders).

πŸ“Œ Store credit will be issued after inspection and is valid for 90 days.


⚠️ IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be in the same condition as when received, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Shipping costs (original & return) will be deducted from the store credit.
  • International returns are subject to customs duties & foreign exchange fees, which will be deducted from the store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears worn, damaged, altered, or switched.
  • All items are video recorded before shipping to protect against fraud.
